If you’re not satisfied with your JustONEface patches for any reason within 30 days of delivery, reach out to us at hello@justoneface.com.
We’ll offer a full refund or replacement, no questions asked.
All we ask is that you:
- Tell us briefly what didn’t work for you (so we can improve!)
- Provide your order number and, if possible, a quick photo of the product.
You don’t need to return opened or used patches — skincare should be simple, not stressful.
🧾 Returns of Unopened Items
If you changed your mind and your item is unopened and unused, you can send it back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Customers cover return postage unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
💸 Refund Processing
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚚 Damaged or Missing Items
